The Leadership Endeavour

The Leadership Endeavour within the School Leadership Academy involves participants undertaking a leadership project in their respective schools, aligning with the school's development plan. Throughout the project, participants receive mentor support and have opportunities to share their learnings, challenges, and successes with other members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
