According to academic evidence, research studies have consistently shown that residential school leadership programmes have a significant positive impact on student achievement, school climate, teacher morale, and overall school improvement.

The School Leadership Academy's residential activity lasts a minimum of two days and one night and provides participants with an immersive experience. This includes industry visits and opportunities to engage with thought leaders, enabling them to gain valuable insights and perspectives from outside the educational sector, which enhances their leadership development.

The School Leadership Academy has access to the Kindervarsity Hub, in Panyu, Guangzhou, a pioneering K-12 education platform that brings together a community of learners, educators, researchers, and industry professionals. Through this access, SLA can leverage the Hub's diverse resources, innovative curricula, research institute, and vibrant campus life to enhance their educational leadership programmes and provide participants with valuable insights into the future of education.
