Mentorships

The School Leadership Academy provides mentor support by pairing participants with experienced school leaders, business professionals, and academic experts in pairs or small groups of three. These mentors offer guidance, support, and insights throughout the leadership journey, empowering participants with valuable perspectives and expertise to navigate their professional growth and development effectively.

Dr. Arnett Edwards has demonstrated commitment to mentoring by being an active member of the International Mentoring Association and completing the IMA Mentor Certification Training, which equips mentors with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide effective guidance and support to their mentees. All mentors approved by The School Leadership Academy will have received at least three hours of training.
