Future-focused School-Based Leadership Programmes
The School Based Future-focused Leadership Programmes are designed to be highly customisable, allowing them to be tailored to the unique needs and goals of individual schools. This bespoke approach ensures that the programmes closely align with the specific context, challenges, and aspirations of each institution, empowering educational leaders to drive meaningful change in their respective contexts.
The initial programme that has been developed is a Future-focused Middle Leadership Programme. At least two Future-focused Middle Leadership Programmes will be offered in the academic year 2024-25, one for a group of kindergartens in Hong Kong (Chinese and English) and the other for a bilingual school in Guangzhou (in English).
School-based programs utilise a Future-focused school leadership framework, which includes a 360 Diagnostic tool, access to a mentor, both face-to-face and online content, and a residential activity.
