Dr. Arnett Edwards

Dr. Arnett Edwards is Director of the School Leadership Academy (“SLA”).

Building on CTFEG's vision:

To empower the next generation to become future ready, the Academy is dedicated to supporting the leadership development of educators in Asia and beyond.

In his new role, Dr. Edwards seeks to develop a professional educators Academy with an Asian focus, to strengthen and enhance the leadership capabilities of educators in the region.

Dr. Edwards is a highly respected education leader with a wealth of experience in international and community education. He is also a Certified LEGO® Serious Play® Facilitator, focusing on enhancing the capabilities of educational leaders across the region.

Having had substantial leadership roles in a number of schools in Hong Kong for the past 25 years and significantly served from 2011 to 2023 as Principal of Li Po Chun United World College (“UWC") of Hong Kong, part of the UWC worldwide network of 18 schools and colleges, Dr. Edwards obtained his EdD in Educational Leadership at the Education University of Hong Kong and has deep expertise in system leadership and, specifically, the role that leadership plays in impacting student achievement.
